TURNING UP THE HEAT ALDI is beefing it up with new

One-pan cooking not only means less washing up, but it ensures the flavours meld together and improve the final dish - especially in this
chilli con carne where chunks of beef are simmered with cumin and chipotle (a smoky chilli paste) low and slow, until meltingly tender and fragrant.

The Komodo Dragon pepper, which measures up to 1.4m Scovilles -- the official scale used to assess chilli heat -- is available on request to be served alongside
chilli con carne.
