Dialyze Direct, LLC, providing care to geriatric dialysis patients, has closed the acquisition of Illinois, US-based dialysis provider Affiliated Dialysis Centers, LLC, the company said.

Dialyze Direct LLC revealed on Wednesday the launch of a definitive agreement to acquire Affiliated Dialysis Centers LLC for an undisclosed amount by 31 December 2018.
