Rockhopper Exploration PLC on Thursday said it is making progress at the Sea Lion development, located offshore North Falkland basin.

United Oil and Gas Company (UNICO) declared its proposal to acquire
Rockhopper Exploration Egypt for $16 million, according to a company's statement.
It comes as UOG expands its global portfolio, earlier this week announcing plans for a PS12.8m acquisition of
