One of the methods for the production and maintenance of straw in the dry season
no-tillage system is the system of agriculture integrated with forage production, in which intercropping is used.
Among these practices, there are the conventional and
no-tillage systems.
Frank has received awards such as the Outstanding Service to
No-Tillage Award in 2015, the S.H.
(2013) when submitting the cowpea bean culture to 18 days of water stress under two cultivation forms (
no-tillage and conventional) had 8.7 and 5.9 pods per plant, respectively.
They grow 2,500 acres of grass and run stocker cattle.
Kinder has implemented the agricultural production methods of
no-tillage cropping, crop rotation, cover crops and stocker cattle grazing.
Kinder, a graduate of Cameron University, has served as the Cotton County Rural Water District secretary, the Cotton County Farm Services Agency chairman, and the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association board director.
In comparison with conventional tillage, conservation tillage and
no-tillage were found to increase soil bulk density and penetration resistance across the tillage layer [12-14] to increase soil water content [13-15], to reduce erosion [15], to improve soil structure [16, 17], and to increase microbial component and cation exchange capacity [18].
(2004a) reported that thousand seed weight and grain yield was higher in the CT than
no-tillage for chickpea.
(1995).Increase in soil organic matter under
no-tillage may have been a result of reduced contact of crop residues with soil.
No-tillage system (NTS) is defined as a complex of technological processes for agricultural production systems where soil mobilization occurs only in the sowing line, maintenance of soil cover and plant species diversification, through rotation and/or intercropping cultures (DENARDIN et al., 2011).
No-tillage and high-residue practices reduce soil water evaporation.
