The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has awarded 10 new patents to Upwing Energy for critical enabling technologies in the company's
downhole rotating tools and proprietary methods used to increase hydrocarbon production and recovery.

The USPTO granted seven patents related to Upwing's SCS, a
downhole compressor system, and three patents related to Upwing's MDS, a reliable and retrievable drive system for
downhole pumps.
The RC drilling included high grades up to 1m @ 47.96g/t Au (from 36m
downhole) within shallow palaeochannel sediments and broad primary intercepts within altered porphyry rocks at depth including 15m @ 0.95g/t Au (from 80m
downhole) with 8m @ 1.16g/t Au (from 100m
downhole).
The Cardiac Creek zone was intersected at a
downhole depth of 490.89 metres and continued in the zone until 537.14 metres representing a
downhole thickness of approximately 46.25 metres.
* DD1508 intersected 11.82 metres of 10.41% copper, at a 3% copper cut-off, and 12.82 metres of 9.76% copper, at a 1% and 2% copper cut-off, in semi-massive sulphide KPS-hosted mineralization, beginning at a
downhole depth of 185.0 metres.
