Dartoic

According to the site of the origin, they are of three types: i) piloleiomyomas ii) angioleiomyomas iii) dartoic leiomyomas.

The left spermatic cord was swollen; the testis, together with its mass, was very difficult to isolate and detach from the dartoic layers.

The possibilities are dystropy of pre-existing epidermal cysts, eccrine duct milia, eccrine epithelial cysts and degenerated dartoic muscles.
