Martha Washington Pie 2 9-inch unbaked pie crusts 1 cup butter, softened 2 cups sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup milk 2 cups flour 3/4 cup golden raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 4 tablespoons milk Heat oven to 375[degrees]F.
