Giving her husband
untithed food, having intercourse with him during menstruation, not setting apart her dough offering, or making vows and not fulfilling them.
We do permit orphans to delay their payment until they are somewhat older, as in the case of their having
untithed produce and have no current need to eat from that harvest [thus they do not incur required contributions].
If she gives her husband
untithed food, or has connection with him in her uncleanness, or does not set apart dough-offering, or utters a vow and does not fulfill it.
