Canopy Growth announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the global cannabinoid-based medical researcher Beckley Canopy.

Canopy Growth Corp (NYSE:CGC) said Friday it reached an agreement to acquire Beckley Canopy Therapeutics, a global cannabinoid-based medical research company.

Hersey's Teagan Beckley had plenty of time on her side on Friday.
