Each Unit on higher level will be built respecting already existing units on lower level and each learning outcome that form unit (typically 5-10 of them) will correspond to referent
level descriptor in order to match expected achievements with relevant level expectations.
While there is often some difficulty about defining precisely what M-level means, the Middlesex University
Level Descriptor for Master's level defines it in the following way:
Appendices include: (1) Side-By-Side Tables of Achievement
Level Descriptors for Grade-Level and Modified Assessments; (2) Achievement
Level Descriptor Analysis Decision Rules; and (3) Procedures and Tools to Evaluate or Develop AA-MAS ALDs.
The feature set includes 16 low
level descriptors consisting of prosodic, spectral envelope, and voice quality features listed in Table 1.
Prior to the beginning of the session, the entire group discussed performance
level descriptors. Given that the task was to set one cut-score, there were two performance-level descriptors written by the faculty leaders.
Global feature about color, texture, or high
level descriptors such as Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) are generated from key-frames.
Appended are: (1) Progress Measures; (2) WIA Title II Enrollments and Performance; (3) CASAS Skill
Level Descriptors for ABE and ASE; and (4) CASAS Skill
Level Descriptors for ESL.
The activities provided can be modified to meet the requirements of particular year
level descriptors and although the descriptors articulated here from the Australian Curriculum start at Year 4, the work needs to, and can be developed, from a much younger age.
However, the
level descriptors for this age range from 1 - 8, and there's even an Exceptional Performance level, so achievement is in no way limited to these expectations.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS TO ENHANCE HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE INSTRUCTION
The Renewed Framework does not seem to have considered SEN as the
level descriptors begin at level 4.
