For my main course I went for Brian's Black Beef,
fillet steak with oxtail and potato terrine, wilted curly kale, carrots, salsify and roasted shallots, while Marie-Pierre chose grilled fillet of halibut with pine nut crust, puy lentil casserole, parsnips, red chard and Snowdonia oyster mushroom sauce.
