While last time we found ourselves in the Octagon the controls were fiddly, the learning curve
clifflike and the overall experience less than satisfying, developer Yuke''s seems to have looked hard at what people were actually enjoying, thrown out the rest and rebuilt.
I would like to suggest that this architectural iconography, although it may indeed appear
clifflike, may also present some references to the function of this institution in its role as a formidable participant on a worldwide stage, perhaps unconsciously on the part of the architect.
