Turkey wheat

I use the Golden or white wheat now and it's much better, but not like when I was buying Red Turkey Wheat from Kansas, which is no long available.

Individual and mean (b) percentage genetic gains per year and proportion of entry sums of squares from linear regression ([R.sup.2]) for grain yields, above-ground biomass, agronomic traits, lodging, leaf rust, and yield components of 13 winter wheat genotypes relative to Turkey wheat grown at Hutchinson and Manhattan, KS, during 1998-1999.

As an aside, we can predict that the Pinb-D1b allele found in the mapping population involving `Clark's Cream' derived from Turkey wheat (Campbell et al., 1999).
