The police charged Cecilia, 50, and Vivian, 28, student, residents of Alagbado, Lagos, with four counts of conspiracy, breach of peace, assault and damage.

The five accused were arraigned on three count charges of unlawful assembly, disturbance of public peace and manner likely to cause a breach of peace.
